Requirements For Daycare
Dog(s) must arrive at daycare no later than 10:30am. This ensures the proper balance of an active and rested playgroup, and prevents the dogs from becoming overstimulated.
Vaccinations certificate with re-vaccination dates from vet must be emailed or FB messaged by 6pm the day before your scheduled day (for newbies) and supplied after every vaccine renewal (regular attendees).
Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine is optional, but recommended.
Neutered/Spayed after 6 months of age.
Friendly and comfortable with small to large breed dogs and humans. The safety of our playgroup is our #1 priority.
Responsive to verbal commands (name recognition, recall, etc.).
No resource guarding (food, toys, gates, water dishes etc.).
No pee pad, only trained dogs accepted.
Be in good health with no communicable conditions.
Free of ticks, fleas and lice. We recommend dog(s) be on a parasite preventative such as Revolution or Advantage vet approved.
Wear a properly fitted collar with a quick-release buckle. No spikes or studs. No harnesses, martingales, choke chains or prong/pinch collars may be worn while in the playgroup.
Please remember to keep your dog(s) nails trimmed to avoid scratching others in playgroup. Nails should be trimmed every 4-6 weeks.
We offer nail trims for a $10 fee, which are done during your dog’s visit. Please book in advance, as limited spots are available each day.

Taxes included. Passes expire 3 months from date of purchase. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Full day passes are not allowed to be split up into half days. Half days must be paid for separately or a full day of the pass will be forfeited.
Reservations
We recommend pre-booking your dog, as we have limited availability and may not be able to accommodate last minute bookings. First visits to daycare are scheduled with a drop off time to allow for our introduction process. There’s limited daily spots available for newbies, so we can get to know them and they can get to know us and the playgroup. We use the first day to assess if daycare is the right fit and require that parents are available to pick up, within an hour of when we call, if it's not.
Cancellations must be made by 6pm the day before your scheduled day. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged full fees.
Hours
Monday to Friday-7am to 6pm. Closed all stat holidays and weekends.
Late pick up fee of $5 for every 15 minutes after 6pm
