First visits to daycare are scheduled with a drop off time to allow for our introduction process. There’s limited daily spots available for newbies, so we can get to know them and they can get to know us and the playgroup. We use the first day to assess if daycare is the right fit and require that parents are available to pick up, within an hour of when we call, if it's not.
Cancellations must be made by 6pm the day before your scheduled day. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged full fees
